Etienne has been active in construction and installation engineering for 35 years. He has now been working independently for 10 years with the main goal of purchasing, renovating and selling real estate.

Leon studied at the Academy Minerva in Groningen before embarking on a career in information technology. He has been active in English real estate since 2022 and has had vacant property converted to a 6-bed HMO. He is currently working on a transformation to 6 apartments.
